A ‘Hope Hub’ is the local expression of the Destiny Church aiming to meet the physical, practical, and spiritual needs of those within that community.
We see these places being a beacon of Hope within a community, a place where people can come and be helped to move from crisis through to Christ.
We launched our first Hope Hub in the Gorbals area of Glasgow in April ’22 with the opening of our Community Grocery and Cafe. The Gorbals Hope Hub is the first of many… watch this space for more.
Destiny Hope Hub Cafe & Community Grocery is open for the people of Glasgow helping to keep families fed and giving members access to support too.
Become a member of the Destiny Community Grocery to gain access to 2 weekly food shops for just £4 a shop as well as exclusive access to wrap-around services.
Our Hope Hub Café is more than just a place to grab a coffee it’s a space where hearts are uplifted, and community is built. As part of our church’s outreach, the Hub provides a welcoming environment for people of all ages and backgrounds to come together. We host regular coffee mornings, as well as dedicated groups for ladies and gents, offering friendship, encouragement, and meaningful conversation in a relaxed setting. At its heart, the café exists to combat loneliness and provide hope. Whether you’re new to the area, going through a difficult time, or simply looking for a sense of connection, you’ll find a warm smile and a listening ear waiting for you. With Christ at the centre of all we do, Destiny Hope Hub Café is a place where love is shown in action through hospitality, community, and genuine care for one another.
